On January 19, 2022, a federal judge in the Middle District of Tennessee approved a settlement for 145 Domino’s pizza delivery drivers in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
The Defendants’ Domino’s franchise had a policy of reimbursing drivers at less than the IRS per-mile reimbursement rate. The delivery drivers sued for their unpaid wages based on this under-reimbursement.
In addition to the settlement that was just approved for the drivers who participated in the lawsuit, the settlement creates a Reserve Fund that can be accessed by other drivers who could have joined the lawsuit, but chose not to.
If you delivered pizzas for Domino’s in the Nashville, Tennessee area, you may be eligible to participate in the reserve fund and resolve any clams you may have against Defendants on the same terms as the drivers in this settlement.
