A number of law firms dabble in arbitration, handling a few here and there. “Dabbling” is not what we do. When we saw an opportunity in the emerging “mass arbitration” space, we looked for an innovative, tough litigator to oversee the practice and become an absolute dynamo in that area.
Emily took to our “no mercy” approach to arbitration like a fish to water. After joining our firm in 2020, she has headed our growing arbitration practice. Emily’s relentless and systemic approach to arbitration has already achieved excellent results for our clients.
Before joining Biller & Kimble, LLC, Emily handled complex cases involving catastrophically injured individuals in the legal fields of medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, and mass tort litigation. She has taken those experiences and applied them to the emerging area of employment law arbitration, particularly in the wage and hour area.
From Emily: “I’ve always had a competitive spirit; it’s a big part of what makes me who I am. From the time I was in elementary school I recall being driven to be the best. I love that I can now focus that drive towards advocating for my clients. I not only want to be the best advocate in the game, but I also want to get my clients the best results possible. I think this is a winning combination.”
Emily is a lifelong Cincinnatian. She enjoys Crossfit, hiking, golf, and sand volleyball. Emily is a fearless adventurer and has para-sailed in the Sea of Cortez, skied the Rockies, jumped from a plane, snorkeled in underwater caves in Tulum, and swam with sea turtles and stingrays in Akumal. She is a skilled swimmer and swim instructor.
