Parks v. Central USA Wireless, Case Number: 1:17-cv-448 (S.D. Ohio)
 Incorrect overtime and minimum wage rates

Biller & Kimble, LLC received summary judgment in the amount of $489,665 in favor of six laborers who drilled holes and installed fiber optics lines for a wireless company. The Court granted summary judgment on 9/29/2019 and allowed Biller & Kimble, LLC to make a motion to force the employer to pay attorney’s fees and expenses. The case later settled.
