Louise is Of Counsel to Biller & Kimble, LLC. Louise has been practicing law for more than 47 years and still loves what she does. Louise has tried many jury cases. Louise has extensive experience in complex litigation and personal injury cases, including wrongful death, worker intentional tort, automobile collisions, product liability, and other negligence issues. She enjoys these cases because she likes being able to help individuals who have suffered an injury or loss as a result of someone else’s wrongdoing. It gives her great satisfaction to help clients receive compensation and closure for their losses.
From Louise: “When I begin a case, I try to determine what the client wants to accomplish. Then I work to achieve that goal. I am hardworking and thorough: I carefully collect and review all of the documents relevant to the case, and I prepare for and take the necessary depositions. I find that cooperation with other lawyers is the best way for me to achieve good results. I keep the client fully informed as the case proceeds so that there are no surprises.”
