Michigan Pizza Delivery Driver Takes on Domino’s Pizza Franchise in Federal Court

On July 16, 2026, Biller & Kimble filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of Samatha Yeager, a pizza delivery driver at a Domino’s franchise store in Michigan.

The lawsuit alleges that Dally Investment Group, LLC, a Domino’s franchisee that operates stores in Michigan, under-reimbursed drivers for their vehicle expenses and mileage. After accounting for the under-reimbursement, Ms. Yeager alleges that the drivers’ wages dropped below minimum wage. Ms. Yeager is seeking to recover unpaid reimbursements and wages on behalf of all current and former delivery drivers who worked at the defendants’ Domino’s locations.

Since 2019, Biller & Kimble has helped tens of thousands of pizza delivery drivers across the country recover unpaid wages in similar cases.

If you have worked as a delivery driver for this company—or any other pizza chain—you may be owed unreimbursed expenses. Our consultations are free and confidential. Call us at (513) 202-0710 or fill out the form below to learn more.
